Going Medium to Go Big
It took me quite some time to get here, but now that I am I’d just like to say ‘Welcome” to all of you reading this. I’m glad you’re here with me.
To kick things off I think introductions are in order. Don’t worry, we won’t go around the room and talk about ourselves, our feelings or anything like that. I simply mean I’ll introduce myself and you can read this article. That’s all. Easy, right?
Okay, so who the hell am I?
I’m Chris Ullrich. My “official” bio is below. How do you know it’s official? It’s written in the third person, of course. All the best bios are written that way. Obviously.
Here we go:
Chris is a dad, husband, podcaster, writer, photographer, filmmaker, semi-pro D&D nerd and occasional sleeper. He currently resides in the Texas Hill Country with his wife, son, dog and extensive collection of cameras, notebooks, pencils, pens, typewriters, audio equipment and coffee making paraphernalia.
Chris is a member of the Director’s Guild of America, Film Shooters Collective, Writer’s League of Texas and the Professional Photographers of America. Some of his film and television credits can be found at IMDB.
His writing and photography have been featured at The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW), Engadget, Comic Book Resources, Cinematical, ComicMix…
